The Advisory Board

4 seats, each named in the proposal with the field it covers, appointed by the General Assembly at M3 and sitting at M8, M24 (in person, at the SMP conference), M32 and M44. Members serve unremunerated and hold no beneficiary role.

Narrative methods

The narrative-analytic framework, its acceptance criterion and the discordant-case register (KER8): holds the narrative apparatus to the standard of the field it comes from, and tests the criterion that separates an explanation from a story that merely coheres.

Operational competence assurance in energy

Competence that is certified, periodically re-authorised and audited on both sides of the operator–contractor line, read against the taught layer and the curriculum response interval (KER7): keeps the competence claims answerable to the operating reality of energy work.

VET systems and learning outcomes

Vocational education and training systems and learning outcomes, including pre-accession VET and the Montenegrin case: tests the guidance to E&T institutions (RQ5, xGuidance) against what an institution would actually have to do to apply it.
